Native Plant Propagation Workshop: Saturday October 19, 2024




Learn how to produce your own native plants from seed, cuttings, and divisions.

All materials will be provided.

Date: Saturday October 19, 2024

Time: 1pm – 3 pm

Location: Tule River Parkway, Porterville CA Jaye Street Parking Lot

Recommendations – Wear layered clothes, sun protection, and sturdy shoes. Bring a folding chair, a clean pint to quart size glass jar for cuttings, and a small to medium box to carry home your workshop plants. There are no restrooms at the gardens.  Parkway path is ADA accessible as is the workshop area.  We will work with plants that are easy to propagate and mention advanced propagation techniques.

How do I register for this workshop? I am a member of the CNPS and a Tulare/Kings Master Gardener. Probably will be carpooling with other MG's/CNPS members.
